Helping Kids Navigate Big Feelings, One Step at a Time
Every child deserves to feel heard, supported, and understood. At Fionna Psychology, we provide a safe and nurturing space where children can explore their feelings, build confidence, and learn lifelong emotional skills—with the guidance of a compassionate professional who truly cares.
We use proven, age-appropriate methods—like play and storytelling—to gently guide healing.
Our calm and welcoming space helps children feel comfortable to open up and be themselves.
We believe children thrive best when their families are supported too—so we include you in the process with care, guidance, and open communication.
With years of specialised training, we understand how kids think, feel, and grow.

Helping children build confidence, emotional strength, and a sense of safety—one conversation at a time.
Childhood is full of change, challenge, and discovery. At Fionna Psychology, we provide general counselling to help children navigate emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy ways to cope with whatever life brings.
Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, low mood, behavioural changes, or simply needs a safe space to talk, we offer compassionate, developmentally-appropriate support. Through play, conversation, and evidence-based strategies, we work alongside your child to strengthen their emotional wellbeing and confidence.
Our goal is simple: to help your child feel heard, understood, and equipped to thrive—both now and into the future.
We support children from early childhood through to pre-teen years, tailoring sessions to suit their stage of development
Sessions typically run for 50 minutes and are designed to move at your child’s pace, with plenty of flexibility.
Yes—parent involvement is encouraged. We often check in before or after sessions and may include you more directly when helpful for your child’s progress.
